Chaired by the Group CEO, the Human Resources Committee brings together executive managers on a monthly basis to measure progress made toward key objectives, ensure adequate allocation and development of our resources and to review individual career development of our employees.

Hiring

We hire high potential individuals and prepare them to undertake operational functions: we constantly improve and extend our young graduate trainee program to include new functions and operations; we have also implemented specific hiring and induction programs, such as our Induction program in India and our Industry program in South Latin America, building talent in-house.

Develop

We have structured a mentoring program in all our Regions to encourage knowledge-sharing and provide experienced individual support for young recruits.

We have extended the integration process to all of our Regions so all new recruits have a general overview of the Group and understand our objectives and vision.

We have made our long-standing international mobility practice a career development tool to encourage cross-region/cross-function mobility.

Retain

We identify our high potential and key personnel and closely monitor their career paths to ensure fast-track promotion and build our future succession plan.

We operate a flexible employee compensation program that strikes the right balance between individual, team and Group performance, and helps ensure retention of key and high potential employees
