LDCommodities has robust processes to handle commercial disputes. Early on, contentious situations with counterparties are reported by Platforms to the Arbitration Department. Together, they determine how best to proceed. The Risk Department is alerted; the Global Head of Risk may call a Risk Committee or Consultation meeting, which takes steps to inform all relevant parties and to reassess the Counterparty’s status with the Group.
